Post Typhoon Yolanda: San Roque Chapel

I attended the Sunday Mass on the Feast of the Epiphany in the Yolanda-typhoon-destroyed Chapel of Brgy. Catmon, the farthest rural Barangay of the Municipality of Tanauan, in the Province of Leyte, Philippines. January 5, 2014.

The entrance door structure with the cross on top of it
was the only left standing after the typhoon.
Temporary roofing made of tarpaulin.
Pathway leading to the Barangay main road.
The Altar table and the temporary retablo.
Image of  Senior San Roque... VIVA!
During the reading of the Gospel.
On another angle of view.
Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion led the
celebration minus the Consecration.
The priest assigned got sick, and was not able to come.
The faithful while listening.
The Chapel really need to be rebuild.
I hope and pray that this chapel will be built again soon.
I'll be back... God willing.
